The 'chat' support feature is terrible. In reponse to queries the app presents several 'what would you like to do?' responses in the form of a series of boxes with an action described in each. Trouble is, the app truncates the description of the option so that you can't read it all, leaving you unable to see which option to choose. It also presents a hyperlink to a help page but clicking the hyperlink does nothing. Lift your game BoM.

Quick logon is constantly being disabled, you have to manually input your CAN and 2 codes just to access your money. It won't let you turn it back on, made a number of complaints yet it still has not been fixed. Why is it ON ME, to chase YOU UP. I have done this before, i have done the email and phonecall, no, fix it here. Not interested in doing loops!

There seems to be a bug for the android version where the app shuts down as soon as its open. Have only experienced this in the last 24 hours. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked once but then reverted back to shutting down right after opening again. It is pretty frustrating. Hoping your dev team can prioritise this bug squashing effort. Other than this, great app!
